Saturn Remedies

Saturn (शनि) is only planet that affects five zodiac signs directly. At one given time Saturn influences 3 zodiac signs for a period of 7.5 years (साढ़ेसाती) and 2 zodiac sign for a period of 2.5 years (ढय्या). Saturn is entitled with the post of a judge. Being judge, Saturn decides good or bad results based on our deeds. If somebody has Saturn in malefic house in their chart (कुंडली), then that persons struggles their entire life.

Remedies to please Saturn or remove its malefic effects on you. There are three approaches described below.

Approach 1

Wake up in the early hours of a Saturday (ब्रह्म मुहूर्त). This period is before sunrise. Finish morning routines /chores and freshen yourself. Wear blue color clothing. Go to a temple where there is a peepal tree (Ficus religiosa/ पीपल). Take following things with you

·         Oil lamp (दीपक) with four faces

·         Mustard Oil

·         Cotton wick (रुई की बत्ती)

·         Incense

Sit under the tree and meditate and pray to Lord Saturn about removing malefic effects.

Stay focused during meditation.

Put two long wicks for all four faces, pour oil and light the lamp. Put this lamp under the tree and start your meditation. After praying go around (परिक्रमा) the tree seven times.

Approach 2

There are several ways to please Lord Saturn like praying, fasting, donating, charity and one of the way is to chant Saturn’s name as a prayer near the peepal tree. Chanting the names has the power of removing the malefic effect.

Follow this procedure

·         Take shower or bath on Saturday morning with black sesame seeds.

·         Visit the temple with Peepal tree and pour milk and water to the tree.

·         Recite these 10 names of Lord Saturn under the tree. These 10 names are powerful mantras by themselves.

1.    Cone-Suth (कोणस्थ)

2.    Pingal (पिंगल)

3.    Babhru (बभ्रु)

4.    Kru-Shan (कृष्ण)

5.    Rodran-tak (रौद्रान्तक)

6.    Yam (यम)

7.    Sauree (सौरि)

8.    Shanesh-char (शनैश्चर)

9.    Mun-ud (मन्द)

10. Pippala-shraye (पिप्पलाश्रय)

Reciting name mantras is a complete procedure. So after reciting, request for prosperity and heal the malefic impact from Saturn.

While praying, keep following things in mind

·         Choose only mustard oil

·         Offer white rice, full grains, not broken (अक्षत)

·         Black Urad lentil

·         Flowers

·         Black Sesame

·         Black cloth

·         Donation of your strength

Make food items based on mustard oil

Approach 3

Follow this procedure for praying

Recite following Saturn mantra in front of Saturn statue made of black stone.

Om Sham Shanesh charaya namah (ऊँ शं शनैश्चराय नम:)

Recite this 108 times. While reciting keep offering mustard oil to Saturn statue. After this recitation, perform prayer using an oil lamp and wish for prosperity.

Get rid of negative energy

Every human being goes through life's ups and downs. Some of the problems we face, can occur because of incorrect Vastu of hour homes. These defects or negativity can cause persistent discord and unrest in person's life. There is lack of wealth as a result. Even after significant earning, there is lack of savings. In worse situation there is a possibility of physical sickness and diseases as well. And all this may be simply because of Vastu defects or negativity. The small remedies that can address these defects and can fight negativity, are given here. Let us see how we can implement them and increase our wealth and health.

1. During the 24 hour period, ventilate your home by opening windows for at least 25 minutes. This will permit positive energy inside and let escape negative energy.
2. Plant basil plant in the North-East corner of the house
3. If you have a worship place in your house and you offer flowers to the deities, remove them very next day.
4. Unnecessary objects, dry plants, dry bouquets increase sadness and frustration in behavior. Discard them or move them out of the house.
5. Do not keep non-working electrical or electronic products. Discard them as well if they are not repairable.
6. Irregular house keeping may cause dust to stick on walls and objects. This establishes foothold of negative energy.
7. Gifting idols and statues of Gods is not advisable. Also do not place them in a show case.
8. Keep only useful things in the house. Do not collect unwanted stuff.
9. If you have wall clocks that are not working, either remove them or make them functional. Stopped wall clocks are harmful to positive energy. They release negative energy only.
10. If you have a fountain, it is favorable to have it in North East corner. And water should be flowing towards the house not away from the house.
11. It is favorable to keep a flute in the house. Flute of lord Krishna was considered symbol of happiness, attraction and enthrallment. It is believed that when negative energy flows through the flute, it gets converted to the positive energy. Flute is also symbolic of peace and wealth. Place flute near the main door of the house.
12. If you want to keep the house free of negativity, fill salt in a small pot (preferably earthen pot), keep it in east direction of the house. And replace salt every 24 hours.
13. In your home-office or your office place a wooden statue of a dragon. Such statue will provide energy and motivation.
14. Avoid placing a long wall to wall carpet
15. Place a money-plant in North East corner. Alternatively you can place a bright flower with fragrance. Such flowers / plants also remove negative energy.
16. When not in use, remove vacuum cleaner, cleaning brushes or cleaning supplies out of sight.
17. If the main door is facing North, North West or West then place a horse shoe on the top of the door. Horse shoe provide security and positive energey.
18. If you suspect there is a Vastu fault in your property and you are facing health, prosperity issues then place a Vastu Yantra in East direction and offer your prayers on daily morning hours.
19. East direction is good for money and lockers. This increases wealth. Please make sure to keep your home safe or lock box, out of sight and can be reachable with proper access.
20. Place a picture of Goddess Lakshmi where your office space is or where your home safe or lock box is located.
21. Based on Lal Kitab, if you put a mixture of oil and vermilion on your main door, you will be given blessing of wealth.

Vastu tips for business owners

Here are some tips for business owners. Remedial actions can improve the behavior and health of employees as well as management.

1. Manager should not occupy the very first office space. First office space should be of an assistant who can keep an eye on all the activities of the office and report them if required.
2. There should not be a table in front of the main entry door. Neither should be a person sitting in front of that door.
3. Avoid dark shades or wall paints in office. Use bright and light colors. Avoid green color.
4. Water fountain should be located in North-East corner. Water source should be in this direction only if it is coming from the ground. If it is a table top source, you can put it anywhere.
5. Cashier or person managing cash like finance, should have a more private office space. That space should not be visible to the employees directly. If possible cashier or finance person should occupy place in North direction.
6. Data center space, computer server, electric and electronics equipment in general should be located in South East corner.
7. If there is a separate staging area or a waiting room in your business than North West section is the best section. This section is good for conference rooms as well.
8. Table / chair should be occupied by individual and should not be shared. This directly effects work and productivity of employees.
9. Management should sit in South section and other regular employees should occupy West section.
