Positive thinking


Usually negative thinking occupies our mind and behavior quickly. However how quickly we get rid of that negativity is up to us. Here are few important things
1. Whenever we start conversation, we should acquire a positive (+) style. By changing our style to positive, we can win half of this battle automatically.
2. Celebrate little things in your life. By doing this our thinking stays positive. We will also feel more happy.
3. There is no point in stressing all the time. Give yourself liberty to smile, giggle and laugh. Try laughing hysterically on some occasion also.
4.  Avoid responding with "I cannot" and "I would not"  kind of responses. We initiate negative approach by doing this.
5. Be ready for difficult tasks. Preparation has no alternative and keeps us more positive.
6. Try helping others. Do volunteer work if possible.
7. Let bygones be bygones especially your mistakes. Try talking to yourself for sometime during the day. Try talking to yourself in front of a mirror.
8. Don't tie yourself to your existing friends. Try making new friends. This will give you new perspective.
