Avoid these four types of pictures

Use of pictures is most favorable way of decorating homes. According to Vastu principles, even pictures have their affects. The affect is on the people living in the home and their mentality. Avoid pictures with negative energy. If possible avoid these four types of pictures. 

1. Picture of a sinking boat or ship

This kind of picture disturbs the energy balance of the house. Such picture affects the thinking of the residents. It is a common belief that such pictures creates problem in person's destiny. It increases the tension in the house and has adverse Vastu affect.

2. Picture of a war or a battle

Any kind of war or battle picture increases aggression in our nature. Watching such picture daily, may increase the anger in our behavior. Household situations can become more stressful and full of tension. The simple reason is that a war or a battle are triggered because of some sort of tension only.

3. Picture of a fountain or a flowing water

Usually pictures of a fountain or a water are attractive and appear peaceful. And they also appear to increase beauty of the house, so people often put them there. However such pictures have a Vastu defect associated with them. According to Vastu, similar to flowing water, our wealth tends to flow away as well. 

4. Pictures of wild animals

This is another type of picture which should be avoided. Looking at pictures of wild animals on daily basis may stir up aggression in our behavior. They also tend to disturb peace and tranquility of the house.

So what kind of pictures should we put

Pictures that increase positive energy. Kind of pictures that will give brightness to your mind and soul. Pictures that are cheerful and positive just by looking at them once.
